Bush will probably get a slight bump from the RNC, especially if it's full of more lies like the one I just heard about "No child left behind".

I still think after Bush's slight bump from the RNC, Kerry will get a slight bump Oct 5 when Farenheit 911 comes out on video and media is buzzing about it again, then it will come down to the debates as to who goes into the elections with any lead in popularity.
