How to block traffic from Israel ????

Just got a few chargebacks ( like going 3 months back), and all are from Israel ( 81.218.234.90 and others). I have only one other CB in the past year , and it was a stolen card....

I know I could use the re-write module, but I don't remember exactly how....

OK, I know: google....

I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

just tell your procesor not to process isreal and find someone to buy your isreal traffic

But you can easely replace in my question " Israel" by " Latvia" or " Sao Tome" , and it would then be fine....

The point: I make money with other " main " countries and don't need the shit ( and chargeback ratios ) from regions that will never bring a dime to my business....

I meant russian carders who live in Israel

like russian immigrants.. most of them are jewish, yes.. but some aren't.

I'm an immigrant myself from the Ukraine (came when I was 4 years old..)

my point is, because of people like these, many adult sponsors don't allow webmasters from Israel by default

To topic starter , block Israel IPs in .htaccess.

SetEnvIf GEOIP_COUNTRY_CODE IL BlockCountry
Deny from env=BlockCountry

make sure you have mod_geoip compiled in apache.

put that in .htaccess

true enough... i had all my processors (Verotel, ccBill) block Israel years ago due to chargeback ratios well over 50% for any transactions originating there..
