I won't stop using pic galleries anytime soon. Looking at it from a surfers perspective, I don't even like clicking on 15 thumbs with two second clips in a gallery. The ONLY thing you want to put a gallery up for is to get them to click through to the sponsor. I use pics on my galleries but I just say "Click Here For The Videos" in a text link. So the surfer knows that he's getting pics AND videos.
