Open multiple instances of Photoshop...

Does anyone know of a way to open multiple instances of Photoshop??

I have a dual monitor display and want Photoshop open on both of them for something I'm testing out. Is there a way to do this?

I can get it to stretch across both monitors, and open 2 files, however, if you can imagine, If you are working on 2 graphics with 1 graphic on monitor 2, you have to mouse all the way over to monitor 1 to change tools, or do anything on the menu. 2 instances would give me 2 toolbars, and 2 file menus.

That would be very missleading ... not having the same objects on each comp...

only way I see you could do that is to get a wireless mouse working on the same frequency on both computer ...

and place 2 screens next to each other . mouse controls both ... (and keyboard).

Errrrrrr

I make zero sence ... would fuckup the other job :P lol ... dumb ass me

I think I might be able to accomplish this using a multiple desktop program. Just have to find the right one.

Use a Virtual Desktop Tool... It allows you to open like 50 different instances of Photoshop-- Granted, if your computer can handle it.

Actually, even the Virtual Desktop tools that I tried wouldn't allow multiple instances of PS to be open, it would just pop over to the other desktop that had the open instance when I tried to open it a second time. As well, the multiple desktops spanned across both monitors.
