Is there a site that defines what is and what is not allowed when it comes to internet and models?

Im really wondering why im not shooting this 17 yr old model (nonnude). I dont live in the US (where shooting a 17 yr old isnt illegal either anyway). Somebody give me a reason why im not shooting her.
Shes fucking hot and a real money maker i think. |

is de min leeftijd voor hardcore ook niet nog steeds 16 hier in nl? edit: ik heb er laatst iets over gehoord dat er veranderingen waren dus weet niet of bovenstaande nog klopt...

A few years ago, softcore with 16-18 girls was made illegal. Now, girls have to be 18+ to be in adult content.
Ofcourse, non-nude sites that don't implicate anything are legal, just like the Wehkamp and Neckermann catalogues are legal (those contain ads with underage girls in underwear). The problem is that if you're walking along the edge of being legal, you always have the risk of becoming the victim of a lawsuit to establish a new precedent. Also remember that parties like the former LPF and the CDA will gladly score some "normen en waarden"-publicity by starting a campaign against a few adult sites.

For nude they have to be 18+ , I don't think there should be a problem with you doing that. I would never do that but thats an other story. Check the rechtswinkel or your lawyer too be sure
