Will I have problems? Seriously though... I think Donald has more important things to worry about. The dictionary definition is a legal fallback for sure though.

my girls a trademark attorney. jsut asked her. trump is an adjective. nothing can be done. i could see if he had the don's pic up there, but no infringement case would hold water just because the site has trump in the name.
