You would think!! I remember back in the day at my grandmothers apt. There was this terrible odor and it turned out that a couple days later someone was found dead. Does the body smell when its in a mummified state? I know the smell we all think of with death s from rotting skin - but if I am not mistaken in a mummified state it does not rot - just gets hard and shit.

And even if it did smell at first - does the smell stick around? I can't see there being a smell for 2 years and nodoby noticed it....
