Any company would be much better off spending $500k on niche-target advertising / branding their name. IMO.

where is this listed? I'm thinking of putting up referrers.com and maxfind.com, maybe some other good brandables just to see what I can get.

Unless the domain is travel.com, casino.com, search.com, etc, your business is not guaranteed to be successful. However, with the proper marketers? $500k presents a shit load more potential/possibilities then any moderate domain name would. Although at the same time, I'd take loans.com any day, over $2 million ad budget. Simply due to the fact that particular domains, much like the one above, are standalone income generators. They can bring in a very high residual income without any development/marketing/branding. :2 cents: |

If I could put them somewhere with a high reserve it would probably be worth the time. |

I meant, that's where the domain DNS is featured - GreatDomains.com As for your domains? You will not see anywhere close to $10k. Not even low four figures. I'd be surprised if you got mid-three figures. |
nah it will go BIG
|
referrers.com is a one -word domain. I wouldn't expect to get rich with it but you're undervaluing it. And being fucking obnoxious to boot.

Not to mention, your shit is fucking plural, and just overall, utter garbage. Refer.com? Great name. Referrer.com? Shitty name. Referrers.com? Even shittier. Like I side, you'd be lucky to low-mid three figures for it. Don't hate the player, hate the Game you don't even know how to play. |

:1orglaugh I should expect as much from you. |
50 overpriced domains!
If someone offer $50k, take it. |
If there's somebody who really likes the domains - yes, especially all the cults which focus on cloning / perfect human being through genetic manipulations and might like it and they got more than enough money.
Normal companies don't really need those domains if they have their own name already well branded. |

If you KNOW you're just a childish idiot, and I'm sure you do, why do you want to come in this thread and hang out with grownups? Let's see your site stud, what do you have? Or are you just one of those guys who likes to pretend he's somebody with the usual big fucking mouth and little brain? Who the fuck gave you permission to talk to me anyway crackhead? |

who else thinks referrer.com is a shitty domain? |
I'd run a third party DNS service there such as ultradns, powerdns, zoneedit etc.
All the DNS hosts out there miss a feature or two. I have yet so see one that combines advanced DNS hosting with server monitoring and failover service. Bacially a service that blanaces the servers for you AND disables/enables servers once they become on/offline, plus monitors the availability and transfer speed of all your servers all the time 500k is a bit rich though |

I checked out your paysite? Looks good. Kudos, you're great adult webmaster. However, do not miscontrue this comment, and suddenly believe you're a domain speculator. Overpaying for piece of shit domain names doesn't suddenly include you into the big boy league. So check your ego at the door, because your domains are worthless. In fact, I have more of a valid presence then you do in this thread. Why? Because domains are my bread and butter. For you? It's an attempt at diversification, gone wrong. :thumbsup |

If you think referrers.com is a shitty name, you're a fucking idiot. Which has already been confirmed. I suggest that if you get your jollies trolling in serious threads and starting shit, you should just go crawl back under a rock you fucking retard. What are YOUR sites? What do YOU have? I'm guessing you're a fucking nobody with nothing, prove me wrong. And don't take so fucking long to reply, I don't have that kind of time. If you can't think of something in a few seconds just quit trying and save us both the hassle. |

If this thread was about paysites, sure, you would have the upper hand. I'd acknowledge your responses. But in a domain thread? You're coming into this domain war, unarmed. Referrers? :glugglug |

As for you? You're a fucking joke, I remember YOU sending me an email in regard to screw.com, about how you're the utmost interested. How you want to buy, provide info, etc. Yet couldn't even muster up an even feasible sum of money, to keep in the (top 10) running. :1orglaugh :Graucho Go buy some more low quality domain names, and pawn it off on the forum, with responses, as if you're some true domainer who knows shit. Holier than thou attitude clearly shows you're insecure about your domain collection. |

and go brag elsewhere about your subpar domains. Referrers.com? :1orglaugh http://www.er.com/screw.gif |
AVM, when you gonna start selling screws up on that site man?
i need a 2mm laptop screw and a fuse. anyways, if you're such a domain hotshot why are you still using domainsponsor. they're the middleman. go to the source. google domain park or overture. peace |
what else you got? Is that your big score?
Frankly, even if you had 100 domains even better than this, you'd still just be an asshole. That's basically my point. |
Quote:
Btw, I never claimed to be a hot shot. In fact, I've been nothing but modest in this thread. Oh wait, you perceive my low appraisals as being a hot shot? I'd consider that more of being a rational and critical domainer. Additionally, last I checked, everyone gives :2 cents: emoticon symbols in domain threads. Most of which are coming from people who know nothing about domains. Now when suddenly someone who knows the value of domains responds, someone gets huffy and puffy, and suddenly I'm the braggart? :helpme haha |
