I am looking for advice on advertising a resource to adult webmasters. What resource sites, email lists, etc. have worked for you. Also, most of the packages I've seen, start at over $1k, are there any worthwhile opportunities that start at lower prices?

You can start a basic campaign for under $1000 at some top resource centers.
