I need a vps server with cpanel/whm and rvskin. Basically check out http://vps.equivity.com . I need this but with a company that has proper tech support instead of the rudeness I'm getting from these guys.

I got a server at ServerMatrix which I had planned to cancel, but I have to stick with it for another month because SM's policy is that you must give the cancellation notice 7 days before billing. So I'm stuck with it for another 40 days.

In whm / Backup Settings
you have an options to backup system files.
that will backup all cpanel configs.
