We'll send you a check.
We require a $5000.00 minimum for the foreign wire transfer because they have to all be done manually - we do eat the $25.00 fee.
Printing and mailing checks is pretty automatic.

BTW, what is your country that is blacklisted by CE?

for a 25$ fee to set the minimum payout to 5000 is not ok..
