Jennie, at 110 lbs and 5'8" your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 16.7. That means you are underweight.
At 104 lbs, your BMI would be 15.8, that's severely underweight, close to being dangerous even.

I'm 99.9% sure the original post is bullshit, but this is real. :) I used to be just like you. I'd starve myself all day and then snack my brains out at night. Gained a lot of weight that way. My mom does it, my sister does it and I've finally stopped doing it.

Eat breakfast!!!! It's so hard for me in the mornings, but I have to eat something for breakfast, even if it's just a hard boiled egg or a piece of fruit. Eat a big lunch. Have an afternoon snack. Eat a light dinner (no rice, no pasta, nothing heavy and greasy) I eat no sugar and no white flour products and avoid high fructose corn syrup like the plague. I lost 25 lbs just doing that and changing nothing else. Now I'm at a plateu and have to add exercise. :)

This is the best advice I have heard today I think :-)

I am going to try your plan.. I hate breakfast.. I choked down a bannana this morning but I did not enjoy it... although I like bannanas.. just not in the morning lol

My favorite food in the world is rice lol
I am going to try my best to lay off of it though..

yup,working in a chair all day did a number to my health,so i had to change my eating habits.

- 2 hard boiled eggs in the moring (no yolk)

- chicken and broccoli for dinner.(most of the time)

- 30 minutes on treadmill and 80 stomache crunches everyday.

- no food after 6 pm.

First of all, you cannot be fat with that BMI!!

But if you really want to lose weight: Sleazy is right, eating breakfast made me finally lose some weight 2 years ago, like 15 lbs. Drink a lot of water too, at least 2 liters a day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a 30 min. run every other day and do pushups and situps afterwards.

If you don't have time to work out, try to combine things. For example, you could also meet your friends while swimming or playing tennis, for example.

And try to stay away from alcohol. If you really want to drink something at a party or so, just take light stuff like gin/tonic or vodka/orange.

Take fruit if you long for chocolate, take a gum, or brush your teeth, call a friend... anything that takes your mind away from the chocolate!
