Contact your rep at iBill. They are integrated with Goodthinxx. Checkout Euronet900 dot com.
You will be able to offer your international customers the ability to pay with dialer (for dial-up customers) or voice call (for broadband users).
In addition, they offer a script that will allow you to detect where your traffic is coming from so that you will be able to serve up targetted payment options.

International traffic billing = Dialer is pure bullshit.
What country are the hits coming from? How many hits are you getting?
Depending on your answer to these questions you have a wide reach of billing alternatives that will open themselves up to you ranging from sms billing, mms billing, dialer options, chck payments, debit payments, token systems, credit and debit cards.
Just because 90% of the webmaster populous has been brainwashed into thinking a dialer is the only way to make money from international traffic that doesnt mean it is true.
Actually come to think of it, who started all this 'you need to bill international surfers with dialers' BS? Oh no, it couldnt have been.. the dialer companies could it?

there can be many posiibilities, but i think that dialer is the easiest way to bill foreign traffic though.

I think checking the IP and then putting a dialer popup is PLAIN STUPID!
Many "intl" people (me included) have CCs and are happy to use them. The minute I see a dialer however it's end of story for the site. Especially if it's the intrusive type that doesn't take No for an answer.Selling MedicalPorn,com and a dozen other gyno & doctor domains here:
