We did not and do not avoid support tickets or ICQ's. In this thread, the person that needed support would have gotten it without all this drama becuase as soon as she saw this post, afrekete contacted them.
Aaaron took this thread and decided to turn it into his personl rant and his chance to get some attention. which took away from the webmaster that started the threat for suppot in the first place. |
