    NYTIMES: Spam Arrests

    "Federal and state law enforcement agencies have quietly arrested or charged dozens of people with crimes related to junk e-mail, identity theft and other online scams in recent weeks, according to several people involved in the actions."

                                      I love how junk email is lumped in with identity theft and other such scams...

                                      it keeps the spamhaus pussies happy, scares off some of the idiot spammers who are clueless anyways and makes for good headlines in an election year...

                                                      Not that I advocate spam or anything.. I just believe that its not the government's job to fix or regulate. The reason why the internet is such a huge land of oppertunity for average people today is because none of us had to get a licence to set up a website. This is just getting one step closer to that reality. In a couple years you guys who have gambling sponsers might get arrested.. who knows.
