? If you take an image and use it in a way other than just an image it is considered art, at least in Canada. If you use pieces of a movie to show as apart of a review / commenting / rating then that's perfectly legal as well, though it's on a fine white line. Without allowing artful use and reviews the world would be pretty bland, no?
