really this bloody slow, i set up some campaigns earlier, just to test really. And they arent up yet. Do they have some sort of screening thing where they moderate the messages or something?

Did you just open an account? Then yes, they need to screen your ads first before going live.

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: no.

Or is it the other way around?

I've been meaning to give them a try. What type of budget do you recommend to start using adwords?

Depends on what niche you want to promote and how much you are willing to spend, when you set up a campaign.
Adword gives you a suggested budget on how much it will cost per day, I usually double it, you never know when a certain keyword might spike in traffic.

I have some campaigns at 5$ a day and other bigger niche products at over 100$ a day.

when you bid the max amount per day do you have to utilize the entire month or can I just buy clicks for like 1 week?

Yes, you can control on how many days you want the traffic. Just click pause on any campaign in your management account.

I am just trying a 10er as a test with a free email thing on keywords, free porn and free sex (dont go clicking and wasting all my cred now :D). I need a return of like 1/4 confirming to make a nice profit.

I was thinking of doing it for paysites but it will have to be a really specific niche and the keywords would have to be chosen well.

Why are their policies stupid? They are just covering their ass. Gambling is illegal in the US except that approved by individual states. The FTC has already won a fraud case against one company selling pills that do not do what they claim and the snowballing tricky spam for the worthless crap will guarantee more to come. If you could get a big dick or big boobs popping a pill they would be available at Wal-mart.
