Epassporte question

No, and no.

If you are setup to pay affiliates and create accounts for them you will have no problem creating an account for him using the APIs. If not, drop me an email and I'll help you take care of the setup.

The only two prohibited countries are Iran and Iraq currently, and I don't think we've got plans to add any more any time in the foreseeable future.
