We are in North America. Overseas wires are US$20. US and Canada wires are US$15.

People ask for a higher minimum payout to group the wires and reduce the fees.

Answer: It works fine in IE and Mozilla - it's just a simple pop open script. I have not used Firefox so I couldn't test that.
