You get so little real estate for the price you pay on Balboa Island.
Way overpriced and you get stuck with tourists and lookee loo's walking by and looking in your windows.

Enjoy Balboa, my favorite beach to go to is over there right at the penninsula, hardly anyone ever there, and the beach is beautiful.

fuck socal....the only good thing that comes out of there is the companies that are there and send me affiliate checks and fatburger.....that place needs the big one to hit and just slide the whole state in the ocean and get it over with.....
