If I had to choose between those two choices, I'd go for the Range Rover. But if I could have any SUV I wanted I'd go with a Lincoln Navigator equipped as Doctor Dre said, but minus the spinners. Spinners are retarded IMHO.
But I'm a Ford man. My most recent vehicle purchases include a new Explorer and a new F250 CrewCab PowerStroke Diesel 4x4. EDIT TO ADD: When mentioning my Fords, how could I forget the Mustang Cobra we bought and had for a year before getting rid of it? I hated that car! We were replacing tires every 3 months because we drove it so fast in the mountains. LOL. |

I let my ex wife drive it for awhile... she's a tiny person (about 100 lbs) and used to driving Honda Accord sized cars. She got used to driving it and loved it. Although, while getting used to it, she scraped up a small part on the size. It wasn't really a big deal. And what was my point for this paragraph anyway? Oh yeah... the point is, anyone can get used to the size. It's not that bad. |

Just curious how you narrowed it down to a Cayenne and a RR, Mike? I'd say if you want to buy him an SUV, neither of those is the best choice and I personally think a Navigator or Escalade would be better choices.
If it's got to be one of those, it would have to be the RR. Cayennes are for sports car guys that want an SUV but think they're supposed to corner well.

Lou from Karups here. It was nice meeting you in Atl. As for the bonus, I have a Range and some old guy smashed into me about 4 months ago and the collision shop is still waiting for parts. I was so in love with that truck and the company with the service until this bullshit. I told Land Rover of North America that this is BS and they took a completely satisfied customer and turned me into a guy who would never again buy their product. Anyway bottom line is I would take the Range if you are sure you wont need parts, but considering you might need them you will not be able to get them. Good luck and congrats on the nice bonus. |

That is very dissappointing news about the RR. The guy we are getting it from is in New Orleans, I do not even think there is a dealership in town. It might be safer to get something less exotic. Maybe an Escalade, or BMW x5, or the big Lexus would be easier to deal with in reality. Thanks for all the feedback! |

here it is the day after I got it. I took it to the local Ferrari dealership to have the 3M stonegaurd put on it. The salesman took some shots of it next to a 360 which is a nice side by side comparison... http://www.eentinc.com/lambo/ The interior is 2 tone and the yellow is suede and the black is leather. |
