How many days does it take to show up on my online statement? Three days?

On business days our withdrawals through the ATM seem to show up within an hour or so and that's down here in Australia.
Not sure about weekends though.Left intentionally blank ... just like my brain -

hmmm I just used it, I see it's on a weekend, so it can't be instant, unless it didn't go through, which I'll be pissed then.Comment

It should show up almost instantly ( or at the very least show the reflected account balance )
Many times the merchant is manually entering the numbers , in that case the charge will most likely be denied * but if you explain they should put it rhu just fine.
If you tell us the merchant you might have an easier time finding an answerComment

We used to batch process our card transactions at our old store. We would only call in and send in info every so often.
When we first started accepting cards the person neglected to tell us we needed to do this. After a month we called and asked where our money was and all that. Eventually someone told us to make our machine call out. Damn thing had like 2500 transactions in it. Many were declined. Pointless side story.Comment
