I don't trust either of them. There are fewer horror stories with epass, but that's probably due to the much lower volume of clients they have.

I've seen much more complaints about epasseport then paypal ... and epasseport is a lot smaller

I don't 100% trust either. I voted for PayPal though simply because they now fall under the UK financial and legal system for me and that's a lot harder to pull dodgy shit with than elsewhere.
