              Its hard to pinpoint due to the fact that some of the sponsors used are used on some of my other sites too.

              My best guess would be around $700.00 per month. Thats based on what I was earning before this site and the fact that the traffic on the other sites has stayed about the same as before.

                  First time I've seen a person selling a site be honest about this. How many people really - and I mean REALLY - only send traffic to sponsors from a single site? Income is virtually impossible to verify unless you set up separate accounts for each site... even then the seller could momentarily send to the 'wrong' account to make the figures look better.

                      Very true.

                      I think the value here is really in the traffic and established quality trades.

                      If someone already runs thumb TGP's, they will know the value of the teen niche targeted traffic. 20,000 per day and what that might be worth to them.

                      Maybe the domain name would have some value to someone starting a teen affiliate program.

                      Who knows.
