Is this legal?
I was thinking about a mainstream site that pays referral fees for new sign-ups. It is targeted toward corporate customers.
Here is the question... If you work for a company and suggest they purchase a subscription for (let's say) $1200, is there anything wrong with me paying this employee $400 (30% referral fee) for the business? Just wondering. |

You may not be lawyers, but someone out there might be.
Or, maybe someone has run into this question before and has some insight. If you have knowledge, then I am all ears. If not, you do not have to announce it to the world. |
