This is after hours of talking on ICQ, where he just doesnt answer anymore because he is wrong. When you have tried everything, and he is on here bashing you, and then you have trolls following his move who have absolutely 0 experience with you, it gets to the point where you hit a limit. I was being nice, now I went to sleep, and I wake up and its still going on. IM STILL RUNNING HIS DNS DRE, hows that for being a bad host? I havent received payment, I've taken his abuse, YET I still keep him up! |

I have absolutely no recourse in this matter. He's off here spouting all these claims, and people dont know who to believe which reflects badly on the company. I keep him up, all this time, and have him running smoothly. Yes, there were problems with his apache - nothing that was directly related to us though. Shit happens, it was messed up during the move. Then apache was crashing, and not leaving any errors or logs. It wasnt every 5 minutes, read what he said again. We then FIXED this, but he wanted to move, and at this point, I didnt argue because I wouldnt have mind to just get rid of him. He doesnt understand how this works, he has 0 technical knowledge, so I was even patient with him and explained it, and give him a lot of slack. He has no authority to come here and post what is what, and what should have been done. I treat all my clients like they are my only one, go back and read the posts from the ones who posted here. You'll notice everyone who posted didnt have anything bad to say. |

I sent a message to pat this morning on ICQ coz his galleries were down. The error message was this one: This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible. I haven't deleted all his galleries from my site coz I know shit happens and that it will be back. Now I see this war and I understand his decision to change host. Magg, you're a hoster and as such, you're devoted to the client. You took the decision to be kind with him and start his hosting before getting the money. That is YOUR decision, don't blame him for that and recognize you had some problems. Is it THAT difficult to achieve ? |

I'm not gonna read this entire thread, but let me say I have had no problems with my 30 mbit Foundrynap server or their customer service ever. Chris is a good guy and I like Foundrynap.

Chris runs a nice ship at Foundrynap we have a couple of 100mbit servers running very smoothly and he has good tech support on ICQ if there is any troubles. This is an OLD thread from ages ago. Foundarynap are solid and we'll be sending more business their way shortly.
