Unfortunately, banning Masterblogger won't really solve the problem. He will still be out there. He has kinds and they continue to be at risk every minute he is a free man. Ban him from GFY today and he'll be back tomorrow with a different nick. He's like Lawrence Connor. He'll never really go away.
