At least my GloBill checks are coming in like clockwork. Got one today. I wonder what Epoch does with all that money it's holding onto?

Ram,
Got the same problem with ccbill and sweetloads.
They told me two month ago that the account was on hold because the checks were coming back to them.
They have the good address but I still receive nothing...TWO TIME I write to them, two time they told me the same thing...

I start to worry because they how me a lot...

I think other people have had the same problem with addresses with CCBill. You just have to keep at them until you get it sorted out. Nothing underhand, just a simple fuck up.

I remember not going with a sponsor (that really fit the site and I really wanted to use) just because they used Epoch.

Totally unreliable from most all accounts at that time. Seems they haven't changed much, although there is one or two people on this thread that claim they've been paid at some point. Back then EVERYBODY was getting ripped off. Although 100 bad posts and only 2 good, is still not a good ratio.

How do they remain in business?

Epoch just plain sucks. Were doing a little better paying, then things went to shit a few months ago.

Crutch, you didnt have the problem with them starting in jan 2000 and lasting at least a month where they were not paying anyone because of a "bank problem" ? You must be the only 1.

Exactly. By some miracle, paysites seem to get paid. It is the advertising partners that get the shaft. This is, I believe, why most paysites could give a fuck and continue to use Epoch.

Ok, I think I finally got it now (takes me a while sometimes ). So they pay paysites, just screw us webmasters.

What I don't get is if this known (as I stated in my previous post) why would any webmaster sign up with an affiliate program that uses them? And in turn why would a paysite lose good webmasters when they could just as easily use Ibill or whatever.

Ok, now I'm really just talking to myself. No replies needed lol. Just think I'll continue to play it safe as far as they are concerned, unless a webmaster buddy or two gives them the ok....would really love to use this particular sponsor.
