I know a few people who can do holographic stuff from clear holographic biz cards through to those cheesy postcards you can buy in spanish resorts.

Hey Keith, I have a contact with a guy who was one of the top execs at Disney Studios. I know they use that technology at some of their theme parks. I doubt he would know off hand, but maybe he could lead you to someone there.
