    Homegrown vs Voice Media Update

    I'm talking to Spike at Homegrown, Farrell Timlake, and their attorney Dave Olsen... They had a big victory today.

    It looks like Voice Media won't be able to bleed Homegrown. They have to keep sending Homegrown regular checks.

                          He asked if this is big news. Since it involves one of the major
                          "left handed dealer" types it definately IS news worthy.

                          Think of the 2 sides in this dispute, and remember which one worked with Acacia, and which one is fighting them.

                                      Farrell and the homegrown team - are good people - they wouldn't be bringing a case unless they were getting fucked.

                                      Lawyers have enough money ... no point bringing a frivolous lawsuit ... I know people that are loyalist for both sides. But you're definately right Far-L , people should let the facts speak for themselves.

                                          For the record, Luke has been the only one to date to report accurately on this affair. The omission of certain facts in other publications has in some cases put an unfair and inaccurate spin on the events that have transpired. This has been harmful to Homegrown IMO. To my knowledge, Luke has sought commentary from both sides.

                                          And the reason for sanitized versions of the story has been made patently clear to me. No one wants to get sued by Ron.
