the buyer compares it to PayPal and wants to use it for auctions - will that go well along with 78% revenue created from adult business?

that will be interesting...

This isn't a sale. It is a spin off maneuver by Penthouse to create access to the capital markets for iBill - an IPO essentially. Remember that the current owner of the Penthouse group made his millions in the dotcom game. He is simply suffling his chess pieces for better financing.

This is something we have been working on for some time and are very excited about. At the end of the day it gets us on the American Stock Exchange which will do a number of things for us including access to significant additional capital to continue to invest in and grow the business. I can?t go into all of the details but the existing management team here will be running the show.

Edward Cherry (Ed for the very few friends) was a horrific Asshole.

He almost fucked me for over 22k, had to wait 8 months for it.

Gross revenues increased from $65,371 for the three month periodended March 31, 2003 to $84,553 for the three month period ended March 31, 2004,a increase of $19,182...

I bet a company like TCG or Nasty Dollars does more gross revenue in a day then this company that bought IBill does in 3 months

Surely you can do better than than. BTW...It is General Media that is in bankruptcy. Penthouse International is making a bid to purchase General Media out of bankruptcy.

Good point.
These business moves seem to be a surprise to the the majority of customers who implement their services (i.e. make them money)

it's sad more of you don't recognize a manuever to get public. there is a real business world outside of your little porn boxes.

probably a good move for ibill, setting up a stable future

Thanks for posting and letting us know. I was worried there for a bit... I was seeing shades of eBay buying Paypal and Paypal dumping adult. I'm glad to hear that's not the case.

Did it get released as planned? If so where do I access it as I still see that same message about RevShare consolidation being on hold when I log in.
