horrible customer service i reffer this guy to my friend he waited 10 days for a design, whenever he msged him he would log off, he even offered to pay double for his services. at first he needed to pay his bills then he said i dont do design for a living i have a real job. my friend needed a design right away then makes him wait 10 days

We're sorry about your friend's NN project, but as I remember it here's what happened:

- Your friend ordered a site similar to NNGalleries.com, with no deadline so we were told to take our time.

- Several days later I emailed your friend a draft of the site, apologized for the delay as my partner had told me to take my time with the design, and waited for his approval.

- A day or two later he responded, said he needed some major changes, so the both of us stayed online until 3AM working on a new design. I told him we'd continue more two nights later at a scheduled time (the earliest he could be online in the next 3 days).

- He signed online two nights later and we worked out another draft, which he said "was a waste of his time" and logged off.

He has since msg'd me looking for a mainstream site design

Never once we were offered double the price, not that that would have even changed anything -- we took our time (as we were advised) to create a nice graphical site. We tried everything to please your friend as one of our valuable clients, and it was his project in part that made us realize we needed a new system for doing things. We launched TGPFactory in an effort to speed up turnaround times and are installing a custom-made script within the next few days that will detail every step of the project so the client is never left out of the loop.

10 days. you ignored a customer for days. just like everytime i asked for a design you have done 4 designs for me in the past, you ignored me in the past, and my designs are in your portfolio.

i had to spam your icq to get your attention.

thats why i goto a real designer. people dont like to be ignored.

guys if you want a real tgp design i suggest going to tootie. she does awesome work.

these guys say they have real jobs designing isnt their main job. i told them some of us depend on designers because this is our job. and you shouldnt leave us stranded. so if this 400$ is so important to you maybe you should either ask for extra hours at your "real" job. or quit waiting 10 days because my friend was going to pay you double what the asking price was.

Nice and pretty. But unless you run some successful trading sites of your own, chances are that you don't know shit about productive layouts and will just design something that will catch your customer's eye. Best of luck nevertheless.
