I have a popup blocker but not all surfers do.
I tried it w/o the blocker and the popup is the kind that would make you want to start closing windows.

If thats on the first page dont link it to the first page. Link it to the order form

Preview page loads a bit too long. And have a pic on the front page that says click to preiview or something.
