I figured I'd chime in on this one. This was back in the spring and the setup was on Windows machines, using Microsoft SQL server. I notified the company from the beginning we'd never set it up on Windows before, or even tested it. It was designed for UNIX and MySQL. All that was ever paid was a $495 setup fee. I was on the phone everyday for weeks with you as well as your techs, so don't say we were unresponsive.
I was even on your machines through VPN trying to set it up with you guys. It was known Windows was unsupported from the beginning. If you still have any issues, feel free to contact me.
I've heard good things about NAT and I'm sure they have a great product. It's up to the person using the software to test both out and pick what fits your company best. If anyone wants to try out Monolith, feel free to talk to me and I'll get you a demo and even a live demo on your servers for no cost so you can see what it's like.
