Sagonet's - Acceptable Usage Policy - OK for 'legal' adult content?

Sago has had a history of scamming people... So I'd be wary.

Hello,

I'd like to introduce myself, as the newly appointed director of sales for Sagonet. Many of us who normally would post to these statements, were down at Internext, and are just getting back to normal, after returning from the show. Our building itself, was originally a furniture store, with a solid structure, poured in place steel reinforced concrete, with exterior load bearing walls. Most DC's were something else at one point or another, as it's easier to buy a solid building, and modify the interior to your needed specs, rather than build a new one. There are a few comments that I'd like to address, and am always available to work with people one on one should any problems arise. In regards to our network, many of my clients have noted better speeds over competitors, and have been satisfied with their transition over. Sagonet boasts a 6.5 Gbps network over level3, Global crossing, Time Warner, and Teleglobe. Sagonet was 100% hurricane ready, with contingency plans in place, ample backup power, battery & UPS power, 18,000 gallons of fuel for our diesel generators, network admins, engineers, contractors all onsite, along with a backup wireless network should all fiber have been cut. Sagonet does not have any history with scamming people, and I did extensive research on the company for any negative posts before joining to make certain of what I was getting myself into, and what areas needed immediate attention to begin working on.

To the original poster, yes, we allow for all legal adult content, as is noted on all of our dedicated server pages. If anyone wants to contact me directly to discuss anything, I'd be happy to speak with you, just e-mail me directly and I'll be happy to discuss at mmccormick (@) sagonet.com

Good meeting everyone down at Internext, and I look forward to working with you in the near future.

Sincerely,
