Run it through a program called photoshop gem..
you can batch your pics and it will photoshop them for you..
giving the wax doll kinda look... here is an example...
the program takes about ten minutes to run per set..
i highly recommend it... HBM studios uses it...

i run the pics through photoshop gem raw..
then run them thru Arles to resize...
it seems to do the trick

alright... i'm not on my work computer but i can give you an easy idea of the program.... freebie info if you'd like to call it...

so the first image, shot within secs of the second, has not been run thru photoshop gem (note: no make-up change at all)

however, this one has... look at the difference in the face and texture...

I dunno... it's an incredibly simple program that costs $100, if you're not into the Russian versions....

I'd do it depending on how much pics you need, I just do it for my sites or for fun, but could do it for other people. A quick example
