What's the problem... Is electricity that expensive over there that they can't afford to turn on some A/C?

Even the folks in the trailer park have air conditioning around here, and this is Canada, where it snows for half the year.

while i know making fun of the french dying from heat is funny, its actually a simple concept.

ever killed fish by putting them in water they werent ready for? or ever had to adjust a fishtank to move fish from one to the other.
