I am more into boxing than kick-boxing. I have a big blue bag that i use to practice.
FYI: I don't plan on becoming a boxer ever, hehe, i just do it for fun, and it is a good work out. |

I spar every now and then with a friends who are national champions in Karate and I have a few friends that use Muay Thai techniques against me while I spar freestyle. I also train a lot solo.
