Strange stats - Could someone explain this please?

I'm seeing very odd stats... when I look at the redirected referrer report, I am seeing this:

...and so forth. I have nooo idea what the hell this is, could someone assist me here please? I thought that it might be something to do with htaccess, as I have both referrer and hotlink protection in the /images folder. Any help would be appreciated.

Isn't that just "arguements" for a script...a place for values to be inserted?
