Ratios are much improved, and first day cancels are down to only 8% now under our new single and bulk pricing plans!

Thats 92% first day retention, in a market where everyone has been taught to cancel right away. Woohoo! Amazing!

speeking of Lightspeed is anyone's statsremote working since LSC went to their new system? my stats remote hasn't been able to check my stats for them since LSCv4 went live..

I believe this is crap also..we have 30 min trials and a FULL 85% of the free trials convert to the paid trail...with about 40%
still making it to the monthly.....just gotta know how to do....

We have a new plan of attack for "trials" --- we are building a site that features the most current 5 updates from each of our sites, sort of a low cost "sampler site"

But I also think with the huge amount of content we make available for free, in a way we already have "free trials"

92% is great result .. interesting how you will reach it in the end .. Actually I never looked in the stats of canceling same day as join and now I checked it and its 88% for yesterday
and in total for whole month its 72% rebiling after first month ..

Its all about content and the frequency rate of updates ..

We're on it. I was told it's more difficult than usual as LSC uses scripts everywhere now but we should be able to fix it for the next update
