i agree it is a waste of the domain though. thats probably the #2 most valuable domain on the web, after sex.com

Well I've done some research on the guy who owns porn.com. From what I can see, this person owns many multi-million dollar domains. The person who owns these domains makes a great deal of their income from real estate. That is all.

Google does not buy adult related domains, except for those domains which contain "google" in them. Nor do they own porn.com, .net, .org.
