i used to run a site with huge forums and had a post count of about 48k after a year ..

If you want to make quality posts then IMO 100 is the most you could make per day.

in all realness i would still post not even 5x a day, it's hard to post in most threads here, i still can't figrure how you can average more than 20 a day..most threads are not even worth reading let alone posting

Yep. If its a 8 word minmum. It take you most of your day. But with single smileys you could nock it out in 3-4 hours.

Max possible post per hour is 120 incase anyone didnt know.
