I installed it two days ago with no problems at all. Machine runs a bit faster especially while web browsing and no, and I mean absolutely no popups or dialer installs.

I have had it for about 2 months now.

It's a bitch and a 1/2 to disable the popup blocker and you have to physicaly enable active-x controls or else it wont work...

Boom the next reboot it's back on again.

I can't even go to suntrust.com and download my xml spread sheets

Get an activation code miner for XP Pro Volume Edition.
Change your activation vode to a VE one .. No more problems.

that will work, or you can find a version that bypass the check ( there are a few around )
