traffic trading questions

I'm finally starting to get enough traffic to my main page where I can start trading traffic. However I really dont know what's smartest thing to do... maybe some of you guys (and gals ) with more experience can help me out.
Is it best to try to spread out my traded traffic across many sites and be towards the mid-bottom of their referrer lists or would it be better to concentrate my traffic on fewer sites to be near the very top of their referrer lists? Or does it not matter?
I'm looking at http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ucj/sites.html to get my trades. Does UCJ really send back at least 100-200% like it says it does? And how do they determine what "hi quality" traffic is? The majority of my traffic traded goes via blind links that use mouseovers (so it doesn't appear blind).
BTW I read Dre's traffic post and it was helpful, but I need some the kind of help
that you give "less experienced traders".
Help/advice, please?

Go to sexape.com look at their submission page, Shap explains how to do link trades sucessfully. You might have to look around for it but it's there..

Sorry I don't have time to post the page myself... A bit busy today.

Maybe I can look for it later,

Ok so I made time
http://www.picwarehouse.com/submit.html scroll down to "Webmaster Tips"

He explains his technique for traffic trades. With 190K a day to Pic Warehouse, I think he knows what he's talking about.
