you need to talk to your aff. prog manager and he's hiding from all of his affiliates?
you can track him!
if they are playing those games, or are offline too many times then there is a standing list of future employees sitting on my desk that would want the job.
sorry dont play games and hide and seek with anyone

Just because someone is invisible doesn't mean they are hiding from anyone. They could be away, busy, or just don't want to deal with people at the moment.
well as i have list of tech representetives and aff. managers, i see that a lot of them (yet not most) are invisible as we speak.
maybe they have something important to do, but you can be sure that if you send them a message and tell them you known they're their, they will answer you and you won't have to wait

then fire their asses instead of playing hide and seek.
You seem to assume that everyone is screwing off - paranoid that you need to track them down, but finding that they are invisible doesnt necessarily mean something bad.
If you cant trust your own people, then hire new ones - or
tell them to leave their icq's on away not invisible, get some balls and make some executive decisions. This is business not highschool

Dude don't be an asshole
me? paranoid?
it's not about hunting them down, it's just about getting a service when i really need it at the very moment
and i'm not talking to program managers to spy for their own workers!
and i guess this is the reason you're now "online" when 5 minutes ago you were "invisible" isn't it?
