Need programmer, or software that does rating+comments on pics etc - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi all,

What I want is the following

1. member can upload picture(s)
2. other members OR unregistred people can rate the picture and give comments on this picture. The comments and ratings etc will be shown.
3. Based on ratings members go "up" from newby to expert for example
4. The more comments given, the higher your rating becomes as well. For example 10 comments is one point.
5. Should be able to handle a LOTof traffic
6. Should work on a *nix environment.

Any suggestions for coders/or maybe software that is already on the market?

As you see, it's a little more complicated then just hotornot.com

You need to look at RateMyStuff - Complete package of software, everything included, just add *nix server html design.
