Is this something to be worried about?

Hey everyone,

I need an opinion. I saw this post a few down the list about a new TGP. Take a look.
http://www.pornhill.net

And then look at mine.
http://www.onlymovies.com/main.php

Shit, if you add a table to the right side, it's my tgp...just different color. Nav bar almost the same (rollover), table style, etc.

To pornhill, in no way am i slandering you one bit...and my apologies is this is coincidental. I'm just one of the few webmaster who actually did file copywrite portions of a tgp design, process of interaction and layout.

Is this to close for comfort? What do you think?

I don't see the connection, that roll over is pretty standard on many websites, and other than that I did not see where the 2 looked that much alike at all

they look like a lot, but this layout is used my 100s sites,at least i have seen it in many sites, most of the non-adult ones. I don't think is related in anyway with yours.

Yeah... i dont think so either. I just imagine if i took away "girls eyes" between the nav bar and table on my site, they both would be pretty identical.

And yes...rollovers and the three/two table layout is pretty standard.

But, it's how the webmaster decides to "represent" the standard layout and be effective in his design, and to stand out that makes all the difference.

That's what i was concern with....not the person used rollovers or tables.

Any other opinions?

Yeah....i has the site in CSS to begin with, but i redid it. I use 4.2 netscape to design...so i know im compatible.

But thanks for the insight watcher...i didnt know css loaded js rollerovers faster..never noticed that before.

Now back to my original question...
This whole board and only 3 opinions?

yes..

Cascading Style Sheets will be replacing some areas of HTML or all of it all together.. I have a few sites that are completly dont solely in CSS... =o) much faster and better.

and WTF are you using netscape for?

By the way, i don't use Netscape, i just have it to test my sites compatibility.
