Go home, wipe your ass - Look in the mirror - And that is the only hahahaha you will ever get your face close to -

You have lost the thread, But I suppose I can take it as a compliment you use my tgp quality content for your sites -
Why don't you cross sell direct to mine - members there get the full sized images and videos of the same girls? Only the sets are in full, and, of the two girls you have stolen images of, I have at least fifty sets and videos of each girl - I also have several hundred other girls etc .
It took me over a week to upload my new members area - I downloaded your site in a couple of hours.

Hey, can I steal all your content then have you send me all the model releases? Cool :thumbsup

If this was the first time I have had this problem with serious coin, it wouldn't have gotten here - Fact is Desperate Andy needs to look at his icq history for December last year over a conversation with me regarding a similar incident -

Snd as for the threat - I had enough of stupid answers and will consider what to do next - Stealing my content to promote their sites is low - I will determine the retribution my own way - But thank you for your comments.

Boy the drama and the funny thing is that if you invest in your own material you will do much better in the long run so there is no need to steal but it will always happen...

Exactly - But when somebody steals your work and then demands the papers to prove it is yours, they then have enough to prove it is theirs - That is why I had to show both raws and loacation settings to prove ownership

Actually, you or your 'affiliate' should have paperwork handy in case questions like this arise.

If it's your 'free host' only you have webmaster contact info, so why shouldn't they come to you?

You really have a crap attitude about content theft.

Basic_man 08-10-2004 02:15 PM

dman, another drama thread !

HarlotCash Dyker 09-11-2004 01:57 PM

This really takes it -

Serious coin are about as low as life gets -

"Serious" Coin is really the false name for your program.

Hopefully webmasters will leaving a program which steals content.

And why join "Serious Coin" if you can made easy cash with Harlotcash ?

Poor guy,:repuke

maybe you need to read the thread or think before you speak :2 cents: They stole his own content only he has the model release for it because he shot it, they know they dont have it because they stole it. If like they say its an affiliate who stole it (which we all know it isnt) then they need to check with there affiliate, but that doesnt matter anyway because there isnt an affiliate its them who have stolen his content.

railz 09-12-2004 01:16 AM

Nice catch, but a word to the wise. Before starting this kind of thread, have everything documented and ready. The it won't give the thieves a chance to roted new content in or whatever.

I do think you should've taken this to the proper channels before coming here though. Emailed his host, his processors and such with definative proof of the theft.

May I suggest a simple watermarking system for your content in the future? If you need help with one, feel free to ICQ me.

Good luck - btw those galleries were back up when I clicked them first of all at approx 3am CST. They went down about 10 minutes later. Email their processor and their host and get this sorted the right way.

Dyker
work yourway up the ladder, you went to the webmaster, now go to the place he has his servers and email them.

If the webmaster cant do the right thing, go higher and get his shit turned off.

Also found more using my content - The referrer uses the id "serious" The link is to a serious coin web site

I tried hard to get a user/pass from serious coin to check out their web site - I was then asked to prove the content is mine, if I could do that, then they would remove the galleries!

Well - I have all the papers signed by the models when we shot these galleries at my studios -
Challenge serious coin to show whatever they have to prove ownership
:1orglaugh

venus 09-12-2004 01:24 AM

Does it really?
Did he provide you with PROOF it was his, does he have the appropiate model releases?

go read what's DMCA now.

Tempest 09-12-2004 01:25 AM

SeriousCoin is now banned from my sites. They should have canceled that affiliates account as well. I just can't stand thieves and those that support them by standing around and looking the other way. Fuck them.

fr8 09-12-2004 03:45 AM

surpised to see the gallery still up.

HarlotCash Dyker 09-12-2004 07:29 AM

No point me even trying to find words to describe these people. They are not good people for this business - Simple as that.

I shall be speaking with Sean at ccbill as these use ccbill and, of course, I shall go to their host provider.

Thanks to all the guys that have banned their future galleries submits - It's time to kick them where it hurts and where they deserve to be hit.

I also had a similar problem a few days back with totally different results - The guys below get my 100% praise:
An affiliate submitted a gallery advertising sunnydollar sites and extremechecks - Using my content!!!

Got on to both programmes and BOTH kicked the affiliate right away.
Got onto the guys host, and he immediately removed all images from the server.
Class acts respond in a classy way -

Thieves simply call you names and bareface it out for as long as possible.

Joesho 09-12-2004 08:00 AM

I hate those type of fuckers......

looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk, well it probably is........
