Ok guys, i'm having a party saterday and i start shopping now cause i can only carry so much alcohol at one time...

ez12 and Muffy have great taste. Most know of my affinity to gin-n-tonics lol. Although I prefer a lime twist
My fave would probably have to be mudslides, just can't drink them..too fattening. If you have women who don't like the taste of alcohol, these are great. My recipe (not exactly mudslides..a little variation that I love) Low ball glass full of ice 1 part Kalhua 2 parts Vodka 1 part Baileys These "parts" can be manipulated to taste. Yummy, got me cravin' one now. BTW, I think technically it's: 1/2oz Kalhua 1/2oz Baileys 1 oz Vodka 3 oz Milk or cream Way to weak for me LOL |

Babagirly -- Making a perfect paralyzer is something of a science. My motto is, "when in doubt, pour more booze" and the Kahlua definitely makes the drink to taste, but the vodka or tequila is what get's you feeling nice and floaty-like. heh heh. As for the milk, you definitely want to add that last, and carefully too, so as not to cause it to curdle. I'd use homogenized milk, whole milk or else real cream, depending on how fattening you want to go. Just fill the glass with the ice, booze and coke, and top it off with the milk, maybe an ounce or so is all you need. It should come out looking and tasting like "fizzy chocolate milk" and it is soooooooo good it's rather orgasmic when made perfectly. Girlymen drink highballs. If the party has blue collars serve rum, gin, beer, etc. If you have men there serve cognac (Hennesy V.S.O.P.) XO if you want to impress, and vodka martinis no vermouth twist a lemon rind over the rim. Vodka on rocks w/ lemon rind chucked right in fakes a martini glass.
