Piece Of Shit! Grrrrrr

I swear I give up on this shit. I just forked over 100 bux USD on an MSI tv@anywhere tv/capture/fm card.

It's just plain doesn't work. Blank screen, won't even let me chose tv as source, it automaticaly goes back to composite.

The radio only works when I let MS install unsigned drivers for the TV tuner but then the TV tuner app crashes when i start it.

A couple years ago I have an ATI tuner card that gave black screens and only audio.

What gives with these fucking things? Do any of them actually work?

I know a few people who have managed it...eventually. But only after loads of problems. And still have the regular set backs with it.

I can't believe companies actually sell this CRAP whne it clearly hardly ever works. Christ, just as bad as buying a fuckign dodge or chev. Crap from the get-go.

Lesson learned. MSI will NEVER get my biz again. Nor will anyone who sells tv tuners

I have an ATI TV Wonder VE that works fine and I don't use it because I'm using a Hauppauge PVR 250 with Snapstream for my TV watching.

I have an ATI tv tuner that I picked up a couple months ago for the office. I had it installed and running in about 15 minutes. Are you sure theproblems not with your computer or your installation?

It's something software/driver related

I updated the software just now and everythign works... except.. the tv tuner.

I select cable as input. click apply, it sets itself back to composite.

installed updated drivers, ms then started searching for driver after reboot, it found it again, then it worked!

I rebooted cause the program locked up on me when gong full screen

now app won't load and crashes when it does. back to square one,. ShowShifter crashes every 5 seconds and nothig else works.

moral of story. There is NO such thing as a working tuner card
